Over the next six weeks, we will build and repair the key cornerstones of health; diet, exercise, sleep, nurturance, and being able to relate well to family, friends and co-workers. Each week flows with a seasonal undertone of giving thanks and being present. We explore meal prepping, seasonal foods, journaling, meditation and parties too!

This is Janis! She is a badass Mom, successful entrepreneur, wife & friend. She began working with me over 2 years ago, after months of contemplation over her schedule and making time to commit to her health. She made the decision to BEGIN! There are days when it takes all her strength to get her mind on track and give her coaching and exercise sessions priority. With demands from work, kids and life, she has learned that her body needs and craves exercise, deep breathing, whole foods and good healthy talks. Self-care. "I have been training and coaching most consistently with Kimberley for over 2 years. I have immense strength for my age, great flexibility and have gained a great friend. She sends me text messages here and there making sure I am drinking water, making good food choices, and my favorites are when she simply tells me to breathe!
